I worked for 11 years in the cosmetics industry as a researcher and director of research for aging and longevity at the NAOS group (Bioderma, Esthederm, Etat Pur). Simultaneously, I led the longevity and rejuvenation group at the Mediterranean Institute for Life Sciences (Medils) in Croatia for seven years, focusing on discovering new longevity molecules used in cosmetics and exploring their applications for neurodegenerative diseases.
Over the past four years, I have founded several longevity-focused companies, including:

• Cell Culture Lab: A skin rejuvenation company.
• Chronoshield: A longevity supplement company.
• Bimini Biotech and Santogenesis: Biotech companies focused on discovering longevity drugs for age-related diseases.

Additionally, I serve as a consultant and scientific board member for various longevity companies, such as Biolytica, Jung+, Zoi Longevity Clinic, and Eternity Life Clinic.

As the founder and Nutrition Director of Junjian Nutrition and Health Consultants, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through evidence-based practices. I also serve as a Principal Lecturer for the Hong Kong Professional Management Association (HKMA) and a lecturer for the Employees Retraining Board, where I teach courses on nutrition and post-natal care.

My work extends internationally as the Chief Nutrition Consultant for Canadian health care brands NUTRAVITE and KARDOVITE. Over the years, I’ve authored five popular books on nutrition, including "Hong Kong Children Don't Get Fat" and "Eat and Lose Weight Fasting 98 Recipes." As Vice-President of External Affairs for the Hong Kong Society of Dietitians, I remain committed to advancing nutritional science and public health initiatives.

Helping clients achieve sustainable weight loss—up to 80 pounds in some cases—has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work. My approach is holistic, avoiding drugs, restrictive diets, or reliance on equipment. With expertise in developing nutritional health products and serving as a trusted voice in the industry, I have had the privilege of sharing my insights through more than 6,000 media appearances and over 1,200 nutrition and health lectures.

I co-founded Leopitorca, a brand focused on creating sustainable outdoor apparel, recognizing the urgent need for innovation in this sector. My experience also includes leading brand development for emerging startups like SPOTTY BEAST, where I crafted brand narratives and designed active wear collections.
